Stylists are not knowledgeable and customer service is terrible. Unprofessional and they’re just looking to get people in and out the door. I would never return to this salon for anything. And when told about it she refused to continue working on her AND the salon still charged her for the makeup application. I’m positive a child would have done better. She said they had hired a man massage therapist (no interest in being massaged by a male) and they were potentially going to be hiring someone soon since their massage therapist only works 1 day and 1 evening. After a half an hour of waiting she let me know that she would not refund the gift card and that I would need to take her to court to get my money back.
The lady at the desk did not know how to refund the gift cards so I then had to wait additional time for the owner to arrive. The doors were locked and after a few minutes someone finally let me in. Their hours on their website state that they open at 9. So I ask the lady if I could just get the money for the gift cards I had purchased back. Called to reschedule and was told it would be another month before another appointment would be available. Had to take an evening appointment to replace that appointment but I was unable to get there so had to cancel because the appointmen was until 8 o’clock at night. One appointment was set but was canceled without even a phone call. I have been trying to book an appointment for a massage since January 1 st. If I could leave 0 stars I certainly would.
